The Pro Se Bankruptcy Clinic provides brief legal advice to Washington residents filing bankruptcy and unable to afford an attorney. The clinic will be held via telephone; we’ll call you at your appointment time!

The clinic is able to provide brief advice to individuals residing in Washington State who have either filed or are interested in filing a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 consumer bankruptcy case. We are unable to assist with individual Chapter 11 cases and any cases filed on behalf of a business.

The clinic is able to serve those with a household income under 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.
